About Me
I am a former Primary School Teacher, now enjoying a lovely balance between working as a Teaching Assistant, a self-made Artist and a new Mum in the beautiful city of York. I have always loved creating and have progressed through countless illustration, pottery, sewing, craft and mural painting projects before finally carrying all of my favourite techniques into the joyous world of paper collage.
My Ethos
My partner Luke and I both enjoy trying to live sustainably, so I fell in love with the recycled nature of paper collaging and how I can create characterful, unique pieces using entirely repurposed or recycled materials. I use unwanted, second hand magazines, papers, paints, glues and frames to create my original collages. Whilst I have finally ventured into prints and cards, I only use recycled, sustainable options for my products.
